is there a dress code?

We have a relaxed policy towards clothing so jeans and trainers are allowed. Suits and fancy dress are not permitted.

i’ve lost something, who should i call?

You can call the venue with your enquiry on 0207 0959 411 from 10am – 3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, or from 7pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday. Alternatively you can send an email to [email protected]

What forms of ID do you accept?

Everyone who comes to Phonox must carry a valid form of ID. We accept passports, driving licenses or national identity cards from other countries. Phonox-issued membership cards are accepted too. Phonox is an 18+ venue.

What’s your door charge?

Advance tickets to club events are £5-£20 and more on the door.

I can't find my ticket confirmation email or I have bought a ticket for the wrong night. What should I do?

For any ticket queries contact your ticket vendor with your booking reference number.

What time do you open?

Our doors open at 9:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 4pm on Sundays. Check the listings page here for definitive timings on all events, as we occasionally stay open later and open earlier for day parties.

What are the set times for the DJs?

Set times are always subject to change for one reason or another, right up until the day of the event. We’ll have the finalised times displayed by the door on the evening of the event.
