A founding member of Sweden’s Studio Barnhaus alongside Axel Bowman, Kornel Kovacs is the undisputed master of breezy, party-ready club music. An ambassador for the kind of unpretentious house music for which the label has become known, Kovacs’ eclectic DJ sets can span all corners of the dance music spectrum, taking in everything from Jeff Mills techno to bargain bin 80s synth pop.

Tapping into that same carefree mentality in his music, Project Pablo finds inspiration in 80s sounds and leftfield dance music. Making his breakthrough on Canada’s always-on-point 1080p label, Project Pablo has been responsible for some of the best hazy, lo-fi tracks of recent years.
